I like it colourful and real. I try to photograph how the wedding feels like, instead of how it looks like. I see wedding as a firework of beautiful emotions, just waiting for me to capture for you and future generations.
During the preparations and the ceremony you will hardly notice me. When shooting your portraits, I will look for the right composition and light, I will guide you and inspire you with ideas, and then ask you to forget about me and just enjoy your time together. This way the pictures look natural and fun. During the reception I join the crowd and leverage from my experience of shooting musical concerts in difficult lighting conditions.
In general I try to interact with the guests throughout the day, as I do not want to be the strange man with a big camera in the corner. I believe that a wedding photographer, apart from delivering excellent pictures, should also contribute to the good atmosphere and make your special day perfect.

What should we consider prior booking you as our wedding photographer?
Firstly please have a detailed look on my portfolio, especially whole day weddings. This is the most reliable way how to assess photographer's capabilities in different lighting conditions and photography disciplines. If you like what you see, please send me a request and we can meet for a coffee or a Skype to discuss all details. There is also a possibility to “test” me before signing at an engagement session or a couple shoot.
How do we secure the date?
I am all yours after signing the contract. There is no commitment on both sides before the contract. As my mom says good contracts make good friends. I often get several requests for the same date, therefore I do not accept reservations.
What are your rates? Day Packages start at 2200 EUR. Please send me a request for more details.
When should we plan our portrait session?
Photography is all about light, which is best in the morning and before sunset. I recommend having a portrait session before the ceremony, and another shorter one right after dinner at sunset. Of course the wedding schedule and weather does not always allow for it and flexible is my second name. In my opinion the portrait session delivers the most beautiful pictures of the couple and it is worth to plan enough time for it. There is also an option to make the couple photos before or after the wedding day.
When is the right time to book? When your heart feels it :-) Bookings usually start one year in advance.
Do you also offer wedding albums?
Yes. Nothing compares to the feeling when you see your stunning pictures printed large and touch your hand-made fine art album. Have a look here.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I am based in Vienna, but I am more than happy to travel to any part of the world.
How many pictures do we get? I give around 500-700 photos per 12 hour wedding, but try to cut down on it. Spoiled for choice. I am a libra btw, can you imagine.
When and how do we get our images?
You will receive your images one month after your wedding day latest. I will send you a link to an online gallery with all adjusted images. You can download all or only selected images in full resolution. You can also create your favorites and share it with your family or friends.
